1. DATA WE COLLECT AND PRINCIPLES OF PROCESSING
When applying for membership, registering for the Music Camp or other projects, the Association may request certain personal data, including: first and last name, personal identification number (OIB), gender, date of birth, occupation, postal and/or e-mail address, and telephone/mobile number. According to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), personal data refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual. An identifiable individual is one who can be identified directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to identifiers such as name, identification number, location data, online identifier, or one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that individual. Access to the website does not require registration or membership in the Association. Certain data, such as IP address, may be collected for the purpose of providing services and improving user experience.
If you are merely browsing our website, we collect your personal data in the form of an IP address. Such data is collected in accordance with GDPR for security purposes, including prevention of unauthorized access, internet fraud, and similar activities. We do not collect your personal data unless you voluntarily submit it via one of the available forms (membership form, application form, etc.), thereby giving your consent for the collection and use of your personal data for the specified purpose. All personal data is used exclusively for the purposes for which it was collected and for which consent was given. We do not sell or misuse your personal data in any way. We never share your personal data with third parties for their promotional purposes. Collected data will not be made available to unauthorized third parties, except where required by law. All data is deleted once the purpose for which it was collected ceases, or upon termination of a contractual relationship, and no later than the expiration of all statutory retention periods. The Association’s Coordinator is responsible for the storage of personal data.

3. HOW WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data is stored on our own servers located in the Republic of Croatia. All data collected in physical form (consents, agreements, contracts and other documentation necessary for operation) is stored in accordance with applicable security standards. Our website is secured with an SSL certificate. The primary purpose of an SSL certificate is to ensure secure data transmission between the visitor’s web browser and the server hosting the website. Secure data transmission means that data exchanged between the browser and the server is encrypted, preventing unauthorized interception or redirection of traffic for the purpose of information theft.
4. DATA RETENTION PERIOD
Taking into account the purpose of data collection, the Association retains your personal data for the period prescribed by applicable laws of the Republic of Croatia or by internal document retention regulations, plus an additional three years corresponding to the statute of limitations for claims. Upon expiration of these periods, your personal data is deleted. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting udruga.mook@gmail.com.
5. SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA
Given the activities of the Association, your personal data may be shared with data processors and partner organizations involved in organizing courses, workshops, seminars, events or concerts. The Association ensures that appropriate data protection agreements are concluded with all collaborators.
6. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA
The Association will disclose your personal data only to the extent necessary to comply with legal obligations, protect its rights or your rights, or ensure security. This includes sharing information with public authorities, including courts and organizations responsible for preventing information fraud.
