General Terms and Conditions

Association Muzika u koracima – MooK

These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the Association Muzika u koracima (hereinafter: MooK Association) and the users of its programs, projects, and activities, or the parents/legal guardians of minor participants, or the participants themselves if they are of legal age (hereinafter: the User).

MooK Association implements various programs, projects, and activities in accordance with the descriptions published on the official website of the Association: www.muzikaukoracima.hr.

Participation in Programs

Users are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner, to respect other participants, mentors, and organizers, to take care of the space and equipment used, and to actively and constructively participate in all program activities. MooK Association reserves the right to exclude a User from a program in the event of non-compliance with these rules.

MooK Association guarantees that its programs and projects are led by professionally qualified and competent collaborators.

Upon completion of certain programs or projects, Users may receive certificates, diplomas, or other forms of recognition, depending on the nature and objectives of the program.

Responsibility

Users participate in all programs and activities at their own risk, or at the risk of their parents/legal guardians in the case of minors. MooK Association and its collaborators shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages incurred during participation in the programs, except in cases prescribed by applicable law.

The same applies to any damage to the User’s personal property (e.g., personal equipment or instruments).

By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, the User confirms that they are aware of and agree to the above.

Registration and Payment

Registration for participation in MooK Association programs and projects is considered complete and valid after the online application form has been completed and the first installment or full amount has been paid, in accordance with the terms of the specific program.

Attendance at the first session of a program constitutes unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. The General Terms and Conditions will be sent to the User by email after submission of the online application.

Payment methods and schedules are defined separately for each program or project and are clearly stated in the program description or in the instructions sent by email. Payments are made to the MooK Association’s bank account, and payment deadlines must be respected.

Withdrawal from Programs

In the event of early withdrawal from a program with installment-based payment, the User or their legal guardian is obliged to cover the costs in accordance with the following conditions:

• withdrawal at an early stage of the program – the paid amount is non-refundable
• withdrawal during the mid-stage of the program – the User is required to pay a portion of the total program fee
• withdrawal at a late stage of the program – the User is required to pay the full program fee

Exact conditions may be further specified for individual programs.

Accuracy of Information and Changes

All information provided in the application form is considered accurate, and the User confirms its correctness through online consent.

MooK Association reserves the right to modify program schedules, content, or methods of implementation due to justified circumstances (such as school holidays, public holidays, or organizational changes).

Final Provisions

MooK Association reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions. Any changes will be published in a timely manner on the official website of the Association.
