{"id":3087,"date":"2020-11-03T16:38:37","date_gmt":"2020-11-03T15:38:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/test.muzikaukoracima.hr\/?page_id=3087"},"modified":"2026-02-06T16:26:31","modified_gmt":"2026-02-06T15:26:31","slug":"uvjeti-odrzavanja-radionica","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/muzikaukoracima.hr\/en\/uvjeti-odrzavanja-radionica\/","title":{"rendered":"Op\u0107i uvjeti poslovanja &#8211; Uvjeti odr\u017eavanja glazbenih radionica"},"content":{"rendered":"<section class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><section class=\"content\" ><div class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_row-fluid\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-12\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><div class=\"brabus-text-block\" >\n    <p><strong>General Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Association Muzika u koracima \u2013 MooK<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the Association Muzika u\nkoracima (hereinafter: MooK Association) and the users of its programs, projects, and activities, or the parents\/legal guardians of minor participants, or the participants themselves if they are of legal age (hereinafter: the User).<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">MooK Association implements various programs, projects, and activities in accordance with the\ndescriptions published on the official website of the Association: <a href=\"https:\/\/muzikaukoracima.hr\/en\/\" target=\"_self\">www.muzikaukoracima.hr<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Participation in Programs<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Users are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner, to respect other\nparticipants, mentors, and organizers, to take care of the space and equipment used, and to\nactively and constructively participate in all program activities. MooK Association reserves the\nright to exclude a User from a program in the event of non-compliance with these rules.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">MooK Association guarantees that its programs and projects are led by professionally qualified\nand competent collaborators.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Upon completion of certain programs or projects, Users may receive certificates, diplomas, or\nother forms of recognition, depending on the nature and objectives of the program.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibility<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Users participate in all programs and activities at their own risk, or at the risk of their\nparents\/legal guardians in the case of minors. MooK Association and its collaborators shall not\nbe held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages incurred during participation in the\nprograms, except in cases prescribed by applicable law.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">The same applies to any damage to the User\u2019s personal property (e.g., personal equipment or\ninstruments).<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, the User confirms that they are aware of and\nagree to the above.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Registration and Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Registration for participation in MooK Association programs and projects is considered\ncomplete and valid after the online application form has been completed and the first installment\nor full amount has been paid, in accordance with the terms of the specific program.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Attendance at the first session of a program constitutes unconditional acceptance of these\nGeneral Terms and Conditions. The General Terms and Conditions will be sent to the User by\nemail after submission of the online application.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Payment methods and schedules are defined separately for each program or project and are\nclearly stated in the program description or in the instructions sent by email. Payments are made\nto the MooK Association\u2019s bank account, and payment deadlines must be respected.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Withdrawal from Programs<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">In the event of early withdrawal from a program with installment-based payment, the User or\ntheir legal guardian is obliged to cover the costs in accordance with the following conditions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>withdrawal at an early stage of the program \u2013 the paid amount is non-refundable<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">withdrawal during the mid-stage of the program \u2013 the User is required to pay a portion of\nthe total program fee<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">withdrawal at a late stage of the program \u2013 the User is required to pay the full program\nfee<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Exact conditions may be further specified for individual programs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Accuracy of Information and Changes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">All information provided in the application form is considered accurate, and the User confirms\nits correctness through online consent.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">MooK Association reserves the right to modify program schedules, content, or methods of\nimplementation due to justified circumstances (such as school holidays, public holidays, or\norganizational changes).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Final Provisions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">MooK Association reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions.
